First I want to say how quickly I was responded to after placing the text message to schedule an appointment. I was called back within 20 minutes of submitting and got same day appointment! I called after noon so this was super surprising and relieving at the same yime. Travis was amazing. Very respectful of the property and thorough at investigating the issue. He took the time to listen to what our experience/concern was and then took the time to explain different options available to help our HVAC extend it's life. He was patient and showed empathy in the frustrations we have been dealing with. Thank you Travis for offering world class customer service. We have had quite a few visits from other HVAC companies but from here on we will use Aim High HVAC just from the interaction and great experience we had today.

We purchased a Navien tankless water heater from Aim High about18 months ago. The screen was flashing red and we called Aim High. Within a few hours a technician,Travis, came out to evaluate the problem. He ordered the needed part and in less than a week he came back to install it.Travis was efficient, professional, clean, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable.We were very pleased and recommend Aim High without reservation.

Ultimately we did not choose Aim (we received special pricing from another vendor due to a pre-existing relationship) but I wanted to express how impressed I was with Damien, Aim's lead technician and our sales rep. He was a class act and spent a lot of time working to find the best solution on our project. I would highly suggest Aim if you have an HVAC need in the future.

On Saturday evening I noticed our AC was not cooling so I called after hours support. I received a call back from David about 15 minutes after I left my message and it was only about another 30 minutes before David showed up. After he arrived it only took him a few minutes to diagnose the problem and get the AC running again. David was polite, courteous, and very professional. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that always Aims High and the employees seem to Aim even Higher. Thank you so much for the great service you provide.

Unreal, these Guys. Aim High? How does one GET higher than… heaven? Seriously. We could not GET our “ warranty co” to come out for a WEEK after AC quit. Day 3- 2 hrs after calling Aim High.. in two hrs time -we had someone to tell is it was not fixable. Day 4(A Sat - Damien came out quoted us and set us on the schedule for Monday. They were ON TIME. Protected all our carpet/ wood floor surfaces. Exemplary craftmanship. Left not one scrap of debris behind ( including old AC/ Furnace) They walked us thru installation / new stat/ filter ect et all. Good to see in this world of fakery and sub standard… everything, SOMEONE does things the RIGHT WAY. Enough affirmative superlatives do not exist…David KinneyHRanch, Colo.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Andy and Jacob just left our house after resolving an issue with our upstairs air conditioning unit. I can't say enough good things about these engineers and the company. We had previously tried a couple of other companies who were awful. One even tried to quote us $4,000 for unnecessary plumbing work on our relatively new house.When Andy and Jacob arrived, my wife had a great feeling about them. They were polite, friendly, and professional, bringing all the right tools and coolant for a recharge. They were upfront about the cost, providing a worst-case estimate which was already reasonable, but the final price ended up being much cheaper.They explained everything they were doing and were an absolute pleasure to work with. This company is a real find, and they have won our business permanently. I can't recommend them highly enough. Best of all, they are local to Sterling Ranch, so don't hesitate to give them a call.
